870 wide two column template with one 130 wide (125 usable), column and 740 wide (730 useable) main column.

The template comprises four main tables, - header, top menu, main table with side column and footer. These four tables are independent which will help browser loading time.

The top menu is optional - this section is noted in the code and can simply be deleted.

The header is 80 pixels high and the footer 30 pixels.

The template is entirely adjustable, however watch for changes in column widths if adjustments to cellspacing or cellpadding are made.

Possible options for change can be embedding a graphic header and footer.. for example within the td sections and means text can be overlaid. Note that graphics used this way must be in a td section and not the main table tag which would result in browser incompatibility.

The image are below is a demo spacer to illustrate width of 730 pixels. The image on the left column is 25 x 25 and serves the same purpose.
